The Mediterranean traditional flavours for a colourfull, light and healthy cuisine.Olive oil, herbs of Provence, fresh goat cheese are the inevitable ingredients for it.

Like Mediterranean platter, chicken "aux olives", prawns just grilled with garlic and parsley...

 

   
Trout

The other influence comes from mountain areas of France (Franche-Comté and Ardèche). Then, we cook with wine and cream.

Like Chicken liver terrine, trout, salmon "à la crème"...

   
Without missing French wines, good fresh bread, pure pork dry sausage and cheese (made in Népal), tasty jams, natural fruits juices, worthy of the French hexagone.
